In my current role, I am behind the copy and strategy for marketing and support communications to Envato Authors (a global community of over 100 thousand creators) using a range of channels such as email, blog, and social media. I also manage and update the Envato Author Community LinkedIn page and Envato Author Help Center.

In this role, I was responsible for writing copy for a range of communications for a global audience of more than 100 thousand Envato creators. I tailored copy for a range of different channels including email, blogs, social media and direct messaging services.

Freelance writer and editor with extensive experience in preparing CVs and cover letters for all kinds of jobs at all levels of seniority. Other work included copywriting and strategic feedback on small business websites and social media accounts, speechwriting (including eulogies), and proofreading academic essays.
Marketing Coordinator, Australia Post
March 2018—April 2020
I worked as the marketing coordinator for Digital iD™, a sub brand and product of Australia Post. In this role, I created content and executed both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for diverse audiences, including Post Office employees, Australia Post staff, international and domestic uni students, and SMEs. Channels included website, printed collateral, and social media ads, as well as in person events at conferences across Australia.
VCE English Tutor, Lisa's Study Guides (+ freelance)
January 2017—December 2018
Based on excellent VCE English score in high school (Attained a perfect Study Score of 50 and graduated dux of Eltham College), I tutored VCE English students for a few years after I left school. I tutored students with a wide spectrum of abilities, from high-achieving students wanting to improve their scores, to students with English as a second language and those struggling in class.
